AT Implementation
Overview
This resource table provides practical tools to help teams plan, implement, document, and sustain effective assistive technology (AT) supports for students. Together, these resources guide teams through key stages of the AT process, from trial planning and evaluation, to clear IEP documentation, to ensuring continuity of supports across school years and transitions. They also promote student independence and self-advocacy by helping students understand and communicate the tools and supports that help them succeed.
