Jadyn Grunbaum is a leader in instruction and academic supports, serving as the Coordinator of Academic Interventions for the Systemic Leadership for School Transformation Unit at Orange County Department of Education. With over 20 years of experience in education, including roles as a teacher, dean, assistant principal, and principal spanning grades TK-12, she brings a wealth of expertise to her work. In her current role, she develops and delivers professional learning, facilitates collaboration, and supports districts in integrating Culturally and Linguistically Responsive Practices (CLRP), Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) frameworks. Her work ensures that students receive effective, research-based instruction support and intervention within inclusive, intellectually rich learning environments. Jadyn's approach is grounded in the belief that every child deserves an educational experience where they can grow and thrive.
