Heather DiFede, Executive Director for East County SELPA, serves as co-director for the High Quality IEPs project, a resource lead within the Statewide System of Support. Ms. DiFede is the Past Chair of the SELPA Administrators Association for California, and she continues to serve as a co-chair for the CALPADS & Compliance Committee. Through her work, including serving on the IEP Expert Panel, she strives to ensure the active engagement of all team members in the IEP process.
