Scott Dinits works as the Human Resources Directory for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the North Valley, is the Co-Director of Ability First Sports, and a trainer at the Butte College Training Place. For over 20 years, Scott has work with school districts, community organizations, foundations, and service programs, providing a variety of services. Scott is dedicated towards inclusive programs for people with disabilities and young people that need us the most. Scott provides training and support to community-based organizations, Trauma Informed and Responsive Systems, Community Resiliency Practices, and organizational systems practices. Scott supports various county initiatives, is on several different boards, and is a past board member and trainer for California School Age Consortium. He is currently certified in the Community Resiliency Model as a CRM Teacher with the Trauma Resource Institute. He has an amazing wife, a 15-year-old sophomore, and a 7-year-old 1st grader. Getting outside for a bike ride or a hike, gardening with his family in their front yard garden, and BBQing for the friends, family, and community are some of his favorite things to do.
