Katie Chan is an undergraduate student at UCLA and intern for the UC|CSU Collaborative for Neuroscience, Diversity, and Learning. With interests in various niches of neuroscience, she explores how neuroscience research is a means to inform educational institutions and education policy with the collaborative. She is especially interested in pursuing neuroscience research and using science as a means to facilitate equity.
