About
Nicolas Ramon Ortega is an undergraduate student at the UCLA School of Education and Information Studies and the Department of Chicana/o and Central American Studies, as well as an intern at the UC|CSU Collaborative’s Education Policy Initiative. He is particularly interested in education policy, focusing on bridging the gap between research and policy to ensure evidence-based approaches are effectively translated into practice. Thus, through his work, he hopes to create a meaningful impact in the education field and on the outcomes of students.
